Context

FUDITALYCO needed a Japan market entry campaign that could communicate the authenticity of a Puglia-rooted family food brand, carrying recipes preserved across three generations of the Francavilla family, from founder Matteo Francavilla through to the current generation, and bring its pasta sauce, olive oil, wine, and pasta to Japanese tables with the same heritage cues used in Italy.

Challenge

The brand story had to translate across cultures without flattening its Puglia specificity. The work needed to honor the family heritage narrative, preserve the ripe-tomato recipe tradition at the heart of the brand, and adapt tone and food presentation for Japanese audiences who hold high expectations around quality, provenance, and authenticity in imported F&B.

Strategic Response

We approached the campaign as a heritage-first launch rather than a generic localization exercise, building creative around the Francavilla family story, the land and products of Puglia, and the direct line from Italian family kitchen to Japanese table, while tuning pacing and food styling to feel credible for a Japanese F&B audience.
